I had a problem with my straighteners after 3 months and messaged Cloud 9 ASAP, from the word go they were nothing but amazing! They made the whole returns process so easy and I received my replacement in no time at all! I was so impressed and thankful that they made it so easy for me!

Fantastic straighteners and brilliant customer service. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I bought the Wide iron and it is so perfect. I was able to straighten my hair on a low temperature which is amazing. Highly recommend

Customer service is not great at all - Ordered 27th December ( what I wanted was in stock) for next day delivery. Obviously I knew it would be the following week with Christmas. No delivery notice, I emailed and was told it was on pre-order - I was not aware of this and find it awful that I was not told - these were a birthday present for a family member and when I said this on my email I didn’t even receive an apology - I am still waiting for my order now??????
Awful customer service

Let’s start off by acknowledging the number of bad reviews that have been posted lately.. regarding delivery. We’re in a pandemic people, there are warnings around shipping on everything you buy. Those delays are down to the companies that deliver them and gosh, Give them a break. They are doing fab during one of the worst times and if you aren’t prepared to wait because of that; DONT order. ANYWAY...back to my review: AMAZING!!! I’ve been debating buying these for a while and finally bit the bullet and purchased them last week, best decision ever! Quick delivery and a lovely little discount at the moment! Beautifully packaged, easy to store, easy to use and gives me that salon finish I can’t get thanks to lockdown. I would highly recommended the original pro iron and I certainly won’t be using anything else but!

No delivery notice, rung and was told everyone was working at home so emailed twice over the space of 2 weeks with no response!!! Do not waste your time or money !! It’s now 10th January so will be sorting out a refund!!!

Ordered 21 December, payment confirmed, tracking number given. Royal mail tracking states nothing received from them. Tried calling them, emailed them, facebooked them... still no response

It's been 5 days and my order hasn't even been dispatched. Says it all really...

AVOID this company. Ordered straighteners for next day delivery. 10 days on and they haven’t arrived. Customer services are ignoring my emails.

Bought a few gifts as presents in December. Very efficient company, items were dispatched next day and received very prompt answers to all my enquiries.

Fantastic customer service. I bought some irons during black Friday which came through very quickly. An additional item was added to the irons as a special deal. When contacted, Cloud Nine sent through the additional item at no extra cost. Would highly recommend this company.

Easy to navigate website, bought both the curling iron and straighteners as they were on offer, which included a storage bag and a hairbrush. When I received my order, the hairbrush and bag were missing, but a quick email to customer services meant they were sent to me promptly.
